The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas give everyone room to gather, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, preparing dinner, or relaxing together after a day out. The home was thoughtfully curated by Rodrigo Reyes of Bravo's Southern Charm, giving the space a distinctive style that feels more personal than a typical vacation rental. Living & Gathering The bright, open living area connects naturally to the dining space and kitchen, making it easy to spend time together. Relax on the plush green sofa and enjoy the smart TV, or gather around the dining table for dinner, games, or conversation. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and the essentials you'll need to make breakfast, prepare lunch before heading to the beach, or cook dinner at home. Bedrooms All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds. Two bedrooms include smart TVs with DirecTV and streaming options, and the living room also has a smart TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. Room-darkening shades and blackout curtains are available in the bedrooms to help create a peaceful night's sleep. Bathrooms The two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Work & Connectivity Fast WiFi is available throughout the home, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected when needed. Laundry A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available for guests traveling with infants or small children. The Backyard Your own private outdoor space One of the things guests consistently love about this home is the backyard. The spacious, fully fenced yard sits on a large corner lot and gives you room to enjoy some fresh air without leaving the property.
